The benefits of utilising sailing as a vehicle for team development are well known and we believe that sailing is a highly effective way to demonstrate great team work.
Having spent five years working in the training and development industry we have designed and delivered over 200 land and water based programmes. Many of these have featured time on yachts to demonstrate team work in a memorable and exciting environment.
New for Jersey in 2008 is the Strategy Challenge, a team and leadership development package that we have used over the last seven years in the UK that will test your planning, communication and team working skills to the maximum!

Our Strategy Challenge is a great way to challenge and develop high performance team and leadership behaviours and involves each team planning and executing a complex strategy afloat. Teams gain points by passing navigational marker buoys and headlands while rotating roles - all against the clock and the competition!
Our team development programmes can feature a mixture of workshop learning and time afloat to bring the theory to life. Our experienced team of trainers are accredited to deliver a range of psychometric and profiling tools that can also be used as part of an exciting team development programme with long lasting business benefits.
