Having spent eight years working in the training and development industry we have designed and delivered over 200 land and water based programmes.  Many of these have featured time on yachts to demonstrate team work in a memorable and exciting environment.  Our land based programmes are in run in partnership with our sister company www.hi5jersey.com . Hi5 are one of the largest corporate events and team development companies int he UK and together we have delivered many events for local and visiting clients including HSBC, The Federation of Small Businesses (over 200 people), Jersey Harbours, Bang and Olufsen and Stonehague Trust.

New for Jersey  is the Strategy Challenge, a water based team and leadership development package that we have used over the last seven years in the UK that will test your planning, communication and team working skills to the maximum!

Our Strategy Challenge is a great way to challenge and develop high performance team and leadership behaviours and involves each team planning and executing a complex strategy afloat. Teams gain points by passing navigational marker buoys and headlands while rotating roles - all against the clock and the competition!
