Best days sailing: Delivery trips from Hamble to Gibraltar; love it when have to make your own bread as been out at sea for a few days and to use the sextant for real!
Favourite place to sail: Isles de Chausey and smaller Channel Islands such as Les Ecrehous and Les Minquiers
Best boating tip: Plan to have enough clothes in your kit bag to use less than half of them; I pack spare warm clothes for my crew...
