Becoming an Instructor for the RYA is no mean feat, following a weeks intensive learning all instructors face a two day assessment of their sailing and teaching skills. Each of our skippers is not only RYA qualified and Marine & Coastguard Agency (MCA) licensed but has local knowledge. And this doesn’t just mean knowing where the rocks are - they’ll take you to the best anchorages around the Islands, guide you to some of the best restaurants during your course and keep your guests smiling all day during one of our corporate events.
